Приходит мне отднажды в Skype сообщеие от незнакомого контакта следующего содержания:

He is a Crude Oil Merchant and a Shipping Magnet. This Beneficiary assigned a Power of Attorney to me to manage and administer the Account and report to him with details at the end of every quarter of every year. All documents related to operation of the account has been kept under my custody for administration.Unfortuntately the Beneficiary died on the 18th of August,2008 leaving no legal instruction as to who will be the next beneficiary cum inheritor of the account.

In addition, the Beneficiary is divorced and has no children and has leaved and transacts businesses in UK for over 35 years without bringing any of his relatives to manage his businesses. On this note, there is nobody that will come for claiming of the funds and if by the end of this year and nobody claims to be the Next of Kin to the account, our Bank will convert the funds to Bank Treasury.Therefore, I have decided to solicit for a reliable and trustworthy person that will partner with me to stand as the Next of Kin cum Inheritor to this account in order to process the funds for wire transfer to your nominated bank account with peace of mind.

Thank your for your email and i believe you had a safe and nice trip.

This is to confirm that the requested information has been received. Upon our agreement, I will proceed to insert your information in our Customer’s Information Database to run online for easy confirmation and verification by our Governing Board of this Bank. Please note that ones I have your information inserted and run your information in our Database,there is nobody that will claim the funds again except you and myself cannot change or edit your information. That is why both parties must agree on terms and conditions of this transaction before/as we proceed to avoid confusion and misunderstanding during the process of the transaction.

Nevertheless, I would like to outline the processes of this transaction and how it will be worked out for possible claiming and wire of the funds without delay.

1. The First Stage of this transaction is to have your information programmed and inserted in our Database, have your data will be backdated and run online for online verification and confirmation. This I will do from our Internal Switchboard secretly without any of our staff knowing what I am doing. Sequel to completion of this stage, you will now be qualified to stand as the Next of Kin to inherit the funds in accordance with the Banking Law.

2. The Second Stages of this transaction is to proceed to PROBATE for filling of Legal Documents for procurement of Letter of Administration without WILL from the Probate Court. An Attorney will be hired to work on this stage. The Attorney will secure the following documents before procurement of Letter of Administration.
(a)Affidavit of Fact from a Local Court stating that you are the rightful and Legitimate Next of Kin to the deceased Account.
(b)Letter of Clearance from the Financial Service Authority (FSA) in UK.
(c)Letter of Clearance from the Legal Department of UBS Investment Bank

3. The below documents will also be secured before the Funds will be
permitted to be released to you as the Inheritor.
(a)Income and Valued Added Tax Clearance for 3 years. (Attached will
be Receipt of payment through the Office of Customs and Revenue
Services in UK)
(b)Anti-Terrorism, Money Laundering and Drugs Trafficking Clearance
Certificate from the FATF Office, FSA and Her Majesty’s Court.

4. Upon procurement of these documents as listed above, the funds will be processed and released to you as the Inheritor without objection. The Letter of Administration without WILL is to authorize the UBS Investment Bank to have the funds released to you as the assigned Next of Kin cum Inheritor under the LAW of Funds Inheritance in UK.

5. There will be a personal out of pocket expense that will facilitate and expedite the processing and release of this funds without delay and out of pocket expense will be handled by both parties by division of labor and any expense executed by both parties must be invoiced for reimbursement prior to receipt of the transferred funds in your account as the beneficiary. At the moment, I cannot handle all the expenses alone without your involvement because of my personal financial crisis that befalls me.

6. Base on division of labor, you will handle the hiring of an attorney and EXPENSE attached that will help secures the documents that is listed in Paragraph-2 above and directly from your end.

7. I will handle the EXPENSE for procurement of documents as described in Paragraph-3 from my end and if you agree, I will then email you the contact of an attorney that will be used to have this documents secured and also to supervise and facilitate the release of funds for transfer for your immediate contact. I will at the same time send you a draft letter that will be sent to the attorney for the services required.

8. Having read all the above information herein and you wish to proceed, you are therefore advised to state in written your readiness to proceed and your acceptance to handle your own part of expense to make the deal a reality. The Attorney will let you know the cost of procurement of the documents/his services and method of payment. But bear in mind that the cost is affordable and not on high volumes.

9. Only on both party’s acceptance and agreement, we shall then proceed to make this transaction a reality without stress and all this can be concluded with 5 business days. On my end, I guarantee you of honesty and transparence and will at all time strive to make the deal come to a reality. There is no risk and legal implication attached. Give this transaction a trial and trial will surely convince you that it is a good offer.

you for sometime now,its still business matter as its normally use to

I recieved your forward email message, and i am short of words,at
first i told all the truth and nature of business project we are about
